Information collected

Depending on the form, this site may collect contact details, location, service or project facts, provider/business information and limited attribution metadata needed to route, secure and measure requests.

Provider sharing

When you request matching, relevant request information may be shared with independent providers solely so they can evaluate and respond to that request. Provider rules prohibit resale and unrelated marketing based on the request.

Do not submit sensitive records

Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, insurance claim files, confidential drawings, trade secrets or other information unnecessary for initial matching. Public file uploads are not enabled.

Retention & choices

Request records are retained only as reasonably needed for matching, transaction records, security, complaints, consent records or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion where appropriate or withdraw consent for future provider sharing.

Privacy request

Optional private workspaces

Some recurring-use sections offer an optional private workspace after a successful request. The workspace can store profile details, saved locations or assets, project/work-order notes, and identifiers linking later requests to the same workspace. It is not required to submit a request.

Workspace access uses a long, random private key rather than a password. Anyone who has the private workspace link can access that workspace, so the link should be treated like a private document link. The access key is stored in the browser when possible. Workspace data can be deleted from the workspace controls.
